We’d like to invite you or your loved one to join a growing community that is bringing together two extraordinary groups of people. The first group is made up of truly remarkable individuals like you — those courageously facing the significant challenges that come with battling a life-threatening illness. The second is drawn from the many thousands of people around the country who have heard about this struggle and have just one question: “How can I help?”

Join an Expanding Circle of Support

By combining web-based technology with high-quality greeting cards designed by Hallmark Business Expressions, Compassionate Communications has created a nationwide program that connects individuals in need of encouragement with those who want to reach out and give it, all while supporting affiliated charities at the same time.

What’s involved?

If you or your loved one would like to receive inspiring cards from individuals that are waiting to reach out to you, you are invited to participate, at no cost, in the following way:

• Download our Card Recipient Sign-up Form.
• Complete the form, then fax, mail or e-mail it back. Your account will then be created by Compassionate Communications. An auto-generated password will be e-mailed to you, along with a website link that will allow you to edit your personal information, write your profile story and upload a photo.
• Your profile will then be published on our website, where it will be seen by thousands of “compassionate communicators” who may wish to send you a card and note of encouragement. 25% of the cost of the card will benefit an affiliated charity of your choice.
• As you start to receive cards, postage-paid postcards will be available for you to respond, should you choose to do so.
• You can stop receiving cards at any time simply by hiding your profile on our website or canceling your account.

Help Expand the Search for a Cure

25% of their purchase price of all cards sold on our website goes straight back to the affiliated charitable organization of your choosing. For most charities, these proceeds will be designated for use in patient services and other patient outreach programs.
